Oxegen AKG must be taken on an empty stomach either a half-hour before meals or an hour or more after eating in accordance with the below dosage chart. For best results, it is recommended to drink 64 fl. oz. of water daily. If you are weight training or exercise frequently, drink at least 8 glasses of water on the days you don't train and 10-12 glasses on the days you do.
